I'm a third generation Chicagoan and an "elder" millennial. I love travel and the opportunity it provides to experience new places, cultures, and people. After spending 15 years pursuing a career in banking, I stepped away to have more time to travel and try something new.
My experience and love for travel, along with finding that perfect gift or souvenir led me to start this business to provide others with helpful insight.

Guides provide summaries and tips on various travel themes like Getaways for each time of year, ways to travel, and ideas for travel, as well as recommended travel providers.
Gifts highlight products for or representative of the Getaways to purchase in advance of the trip or bring back as a souvenir for you or someone else. Often consumable, wearable or items for the home.
